Unique Mixing Principle
Vacuum planetary mixers feature a distinctive and innovative mixing method. The kettle is equipped with two or three agitators and one or two automatic wall scrapers. While revolving around the kettle axis, the agitators rotate around their own axes at different speeds, driving materials to perform complex movements inside the kettle and subjecting them to intense shearing and kneading. Additionally, the wall scrapers rotate around the kettle axis, scraping off materials adhering to the inner wall and reintroducing them into the mixing process for optimal results. The kettle cover can be hydraulically lifted, and the cylinder can be moved freely, ensuring convenient operation.

Vacuum resistance: Enables material processing under vacuum conditions.
Versatile heating and cooling: The kettle can be heated via electricity, steam, water, or oil circulation. A unique temperature detection device on the transmission shaft ensures material temperature error is within ±1℃. Cooling can be achieved through the jacket, bottom jacket, coil pipes inside the jacket, and guide plates.
Precision-finished inner wall: The inner wall of the kettle is precision-machined by a large vertical lathe and automatically polished by a large polisher. This ensures the movable scrapers (suitable for sealants) on the planetary carrier completely scrape off materials from the inner wall during rotation.
High-efficiency agitators: The kettle is equipped with twisted frame-type agitators (with a 3-4mm gap between paddles and between paddles and the kettle wall) or multi-paddle agitators. These agitators revolve and rotate simultaneously, promoting vertical and horizontal material flow to achieve thorough mixing (kneading) in a short time.
Variable frequency speed control: Both revolution and rotation speeds of the agitators are controlled by frequency converters (inverter motors). Different speeds can be selected based on process requirements and material viscosity, with a speed measurement system displaying real-time speeds of each agitator.
Extensive mixing experience confirms that vacuum planetary mixers achieve complete dead-corner-free mixing. Every particle of filler undergoes uniform agitation, resulting in consistently fine and evenly mixed materials with no unevenness.
