They are suitable for processes such as mixing, reacting, dispersing, dissolving, homogenizing, and emulsifying liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials in industries including electronics, chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, building materials, and pesticides. Specific applications include polymer lithium-ion battery fluids, liquid lithium-ion battery fluids, electronic pastes, adhesives, mold adhesives, silicone sealants, polyurethane sealants, anaerobic adhesives, inks, pigments, cosmetics, and ointments. Users can select different stirring paddles (such as twist frame type and multi-blade type) according to different production processes and material characteristics. Performance Characteristics of Double Planetary Mixers
The double planetary mixer features a tank that can be heated via electricity, steam, water, or oil circulation. A unique temperature detection device on the drive shaft ensures that the material temperature error is less than ±1℃. Cooling can be achieved through the jacket, bottom jacket, coil pipes inside the jacket, and deflector. Both the revolution and rotation of the stirring paddles in the tank adopt frequency conversion speed regulation (frequency conversion motor), allowing different speeds to be selected according to different processes and material viscosities. The speed measurement system directly displays the real-time speed of different stirring paddles.
- The (trapezoidal) soft seal between the mechanical seal and the kettle body enables the material to be operated under vacuum conditions.
- The kettle body can be heated via electricity, steam, water, or oil circulation. - The twist frame-type stirring paddles (with a 3-4mm gap between paddles and between paddles and the barrel wall) in the kettle (multi-blade) rotate while revolving, making the materials flow up, down, and around, thus achieving mixing (kneading) effects in a short time.
