Through the dual-motion trajectory, it creates strong shearing, extrusion, and turning effects, perfectly solving the problem of uniform dispersion of tin powder and flux in solder paste, as well as meeting the defoaming and homogenization requirements of gel-like materials. The mixing uniformity error is no more than ±1%. Aimed at the characteristics of viscous materials, the mixing paddles are made of wear-resistant stainless steel, undergo precision polishing treatment, and are designed to fit the inner wall of the container, eliminating mixing dead angles and avoiding waste and contamination caused by material residue.
The 20L effective volume design is suitable for medium-batch production needs. The equipment adopts a double-layer vacuum jacketed container, which can achieve precise temperature control from -5℃ to 150℃ with a temperature control accuracy of ±0.5℃, meeting the temperature requirements of different materials during the mixing process. Equipped with a high-vacuum system, the vacuum degree can reach -0.098MPa, which can quickly remove bubbles generated during mixing, ensuring the stable printing performance of solder paste and the transparency and compactness of gel products. Meanwhile, the equipment is equipped with an intelligent touch control system, featuring functions such as parameter memory, automatic alarm, and fault diagnosis. It can store 100 sets of mixing programs for different materials, and production can be started with one-click recall, greatly reducing operation difficulty.
